* Home * Our Services Services Our goal is to make you well, by identifying potential causes of your condition and providing effective treatment. The need for diagnostic tests will be assessed based on your comprehensive history and physical examination. The tests may include needle-free allergy testing that shows the results in 20 minutes, spirometry to evaluate lung function for those with chest symptoms, and nasal endoscopy to examine possible causes and complications of nasal or sinus conditions. All of these can be accomplished during the initial visit. Remember that antihistamines need to be discontinued a week before allergy skin testing. If the patient needs a sinus CT scan or examination by an ear-nose-throat specialist, we can help make arrangements for these to be done on site within the same day. With this coordinated and comprehensive approach, patients with persistent sinus problems can avoid having to go to different places on different days for the effective evaluation and treatment of their disease. We provide personalized patient education about the disease and its management. For those with nasal allergies or asthma, disease management can include steps to minimize exposure to the identified triggers, medications to prevent or relieve symptoms, and immunotherapy that is proven to provide long-lasting improvement.
